General Conditions of sale

1. Preamble
The present General Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the site fincherwine.com edited by Maison Eugène-René, SAS, registered with the RCS under the number 903 883 676 00012, whose head office is located at 11 avenue du 8 septembre 1944, 21200 Beaune, France.

The placing of an order implies full and entire acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions.
2. Access Conditions to the sale of alcohol
In accordance with article L3342-1 of the French Code of public health, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age.
The customer acknowledges to be an adult by checking the box provided for this purpose in the order. Home Eugène-René reserves the right to cancel any order if a doubt exists as to the age of the purchaser.
3. Products
Home Eugène-René offers for sale a selection of fine wines. The descriptions of products appearing on the website are as faithful as possible, the visuals do not have a contractual value.
Some rare vintages or limited editions may be subject to specific terms and conditions indicated on their sheet.
4. Command
Any order is validated after receipt of the full payment. An order confirmation is sent by email.
Home Eugène-René reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute earlier, or in the event of non-compliance with these terms.
5. Price
The prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
The delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the country, the carrier and the nature of the products at the time of the order.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full with the order.
The methods of payment accepted are : Credit card and bank transfer.
Payments are secured through an authorized service provider.
7. Delivery
Areas served :
Delivery is possible in the world.
Delivery time :
The time limits vary depending on the area of delivery and the carrier selected. An estimate is provided at the time of the order.
Delivery costs :
They are calculated according to weight, destination and carrier, and are specified in the order.
Home Eugène-René shall not be held liable for any delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq of the consumer Code, the client has a period of 14 days after the receipt of product to exercise his right of withdrawal, provided that the products are returned undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.
Some of the bottles, including the fine wines, rare vintages, or special editions, are neither returned nor exchangedin accordance with article L221-28 of the consumer Code, as long as they have been unsealed or altered after delivery.
9. Return of products

No refund will be made if the products returned are opened, damaged or unsuitable for resale.
10. Billing
An invoice is sent by email to the customer after confirming the order. It can also be accessed via the client area if it has been created.
11. Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for the choice and use of products ordered. Home Eugène-René cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the incorrect use of the delivered products.
12. Responsible consumption
The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.
Home Eugène-René encourages responsible consumption, and declines any liability in case of improper use.
13. Prohibition of resale
The products sold on the site are exclusively intended for personal consumption. Any resale is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from House Eugène-René.
14. Applicable law – Disputes
These terms and conditions are subject to the French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the headquarters of House Eugène-René.
